A 7 DAY JOURNEY INTO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

At a certain point in our lives we will all be confronted by our own journey of coming home to ourselves. If life is a path we walk, our purpose is to guide you in transforming and transcend old ways of relating with mind, body, and soul, so that you can make the most of any experience you live.

A creative methodology developed by Tamara Simonne, Mindfulness instructor among our heart-driven masters, “The Walk Back Home” is a 7 day journey that utilizes a range of exploratory and archetypal-based practices through Mindfulness, in order to facilitate a gradual return to the Self.

Providing a multidimensional approach to healing, this audio course is a container for deep introspection.

Day by day, you will find yourself diving deeper into contemplation and connection, dwelling in a safe space where to cultivate presence and trust, by exploring your true nature, getting to know your heart-space and nurturing your personal experience with care.

    • Day 1 - Moment of Wholeness: connect with what Tibetan spiritual teacher Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche coined as “Basic Goodness”, to overcome the good versus bad dualism and find your original wholeness.

    • Day 2 - Pause for Presence: rest in a field of spaciousness by relaxing into different layers of your experience, with loving acceptance and finding comfort in letting go of any resistance.

    • Day 3 - True to Self: connect with your true nature and live from a more authentic place.

    • Day 4 - Trusting Yourself: cultivate a sense of confidence in yourself in order to handle the flux of life with more grace and befriend the mind.

    • Day 5 - Who Am I: extend your training to investigate awareness itself, turning mindfulness toward the formless dimension of experience.

    • Day 6 - Coming Home to Heart Space: settle to a place in the heart where everything meet, from the mind, to the senses, soul and eternity.

    • Day 7 - Pathway to Inner Peace: realize peace is this moment without judgment, that is all. This moment in the headspace where everything that is, is welcomed.

  • Graduated in Bioneuroemotion at the Enric Corbera Institute, Tamara Simonne Cederberg is a Certified MNDFL instructor, song-keeper, and pathfinder who uses mindfulness, together with sound healing, yoga, and Tarot to move people’s form and feelings with dedicated habit. As a meditation instructor she ushers to expand the capacity of one’s own heart, by showing them the way to lean into the comfort of infinite love and to be inspired everywhere they go. Allowing to conjure faith to be open to all forms of love, she teaches the ability to be a house of sanctuary, to come back home to yourself. As a song-keeper she uses her voice as a companion, through sound and voice she fills her lungs with willingness, singing the incantation of devotion and rapture as they have always existed inside of us from before our journey in this form. As a pathfinder she guides people to the mat, the trail, the canvas, and the confrontation table so you that they may test their flexibility and stay true to form all the way to their edge. She also uses the Tarot to nurture the higher mind to override our broken models of thinking, which leads to inner and outer war. As one reaches for what clarifies, she will help to be open to the shifts that good medicine brings, dusting off one’s feathers to let them find themselves weightless with remembrance of why they are here - why we are all here.
